Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM U.S. Central Time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received after 5:00PM U.S. Central Time will ship the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.

Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by AudioFeen LLC or other parties only as an estimate.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We do not ship to PO boxes.
Please contact a sales person for other alternatives.

For shipments outside of the U.S., it is upon our discretion which items qualify for shipping.
We are not responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs, and duties that are out of country. These should be considered and taken care of by the customer.
No returns are offered for international shipments, as well.

All packages require an adult signature.
If the box is damaged or opened, you must sign it as damaged or we cannot provide the proper repairs / replacements.
